- What advice would you give to your younger self?
- What values are most important to you?
- What skills do you think are necessary for success?
- What tactics do you use when faced with adversity?
- What are your thoughts on failure?
- How do you define happiness?
- What does success mean to you?
- What qualities do you admire most in others?
- How do you handle constructive feedback from others – do you take it calmly or does it sometimes get under your skin?
- How do you handle stress and maintain a positive attitude?
- How do you stay motivated throughout your day/week/life?
- How do you maintain a work/life balance?
- Do you have favorite quotes or mantras that inspire and motivate you?
- Do you have any morning/evening rituals that help set the tone for your day/night?
- Do you have any words of wisdom for dealing with stress or anxiety?
- Are there any causes or organizations that you are passionate about supporting? Why are they important to you?
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years, 10 years, 20 years?
- Do you have any advice for maintaining healthy personal and professional relationships?
